Brett's dads sister invites us to her family Christmas party every year. She is a bit older than Byron so she is like another grandma to us. She has always welcomed our family and is so nice. She really is a great person. She makes sure we all have a gift. We also get to choose a new Christmas ornament for our tree. My kids have loved this party. This party is usually the only time they see Santa Clause:) Brett couldn't go with us this year because of a Young Men's activity:(

Christmas is my favorite and having kids makes it even better! On Christmas eve I was 4 weeks away from having a baby:) Brett was so nice and deep cleaned the whole house for me. I love for my house to be spotless on Christmas eve and morning. Then we all got ready for three days of fun. Because we live so close to most of our families we get to attend all the parties:) It makes for a crazy couple of days but it is so fun. We went to cemetery and lit candles. We lite candles for Mona lee, Erica, and Grandma Jones. Then we head out to Levan for Christmas eve dinner. There has not been a year in my life time that we haven't done this. Then we head on back to Nephi and go over to Brett's parents to open pajama fairy. Then back home to put out cookies and milk for Santa. My kids never fight to go to sleep on Christmas eve. It is so great. I am like a child and can't sleep cause I am so excited. We had to finally wake the kids up at 6:30 cause we had church at 9:00. They both got I pod touches, and a couple other little things and a new pillow. They were totally excited. It was so much fun. This was the first year that we did Christmas morning as a little family and it was really fun. We had breakfast and went to church. Church was so nice I kind of liked having it on Christmas morning. After church we went to my moms for lunch with my whole family. This was Casey and Kristen first Christmas together with all of us. We opened gifts ate lunch and just chilled for a while before it was time to head off to another party. We left and went to Spanish Fork to Brett's grandmas party. We have dinner and visit with all the cousins and watch Brett's grandma open her gifts. By the time we are done there we are beat, so we head home to sleep. The next morning was Brett's family party at his mom's. We did a breakfast party. We opened all the gifts and had breakfast and just played until Andrew started throwing up. Brett went to the movies with his brother in laws and brother so I took Andrew home and Madison stayed with grandma and her cousins. This was the first time Andrew has ever been this sick. He was a bit freaked out when he threw up because he had never done that before. I could tell he was so sick cause he had no problems leaving to go home. He was sick for two days. Brett came down with it two days later. I just prayed I wouldn't get it cause I was getting ready for the baby. Although throwing up happened for me every day so maybe I wouldn't have felt any different. This Christmas is when Suzanne announced she was expecting her 4th baby. We were so excited for her and her little family:) Great times!!!!!
